2. Services
Authsnap provides professional evaluation and management of denied medical insurance claims.
Our services include:
Claim Evaluation: For a fee of $400, our team of specialists will assess your denied claim to determine the viability of an appeal.
Denial Management: If deemed viable, for an additional $600, we will manage the appeal process on your behalf, including drafting appeal letters, facilitating peer-to-peer calls, and ongoing communication with your insurance provider.
Please note, while we strive for a successful appeal, we cannot guarantee that a denied claim will be overturned.
3. Refund Policy
Claim Evaluation Fee: If we determine that an appeal is not advisable, there is no refund. You paid to have us professionally evaluate your denied claim. We gave you our opinion in writing and your evaluation was handled by board certified doctors and specialized appeal nurses.
Denial Management Fee: If, after pursuing an appeal, the claim remains denied, we will refund $400 of the $600 management fee.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who have a legitimate medical need for the denied claim and who may face significant health consequences if the claim is not approved. Our services are not suitable for minor claims or those lacking medical necessity.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including all relevant medical records and denial letters. Timely communication and cooperation are essential throughout the appeal process.

7. Limitation of Liability
Authsnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Authsnap operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
